Why I Built This

I'll be straight with you. I didn't set out to build a system for women in menopause.

I've been coaching for 25 years. The first version of my online program was built for men 35+. Dads. Business owners. Guys with 30 pounds to lose, a job that owned their schedule, and a body that had stopped responding to whatever used to work in their 20s. The system worked for them.

Then their wives started asking to join. So I built the couples version. The women got results too. Often better than their husbands.

Then I started running open 12-week challenges. More women signed up than men. A lot of them were in perimenopause, full menopause, post-menopause, or surgical menopause.

I had to learn what was actually happening in their bodies. Hot flashes at 3am. The scale frozen for six months despite eating less than their husbands. Strength sessions that used to work making things worse. I needed to understand why. I asked the women on my program. I read everything I could find.

I adapted the system for the hormonal reality of a body 35+ and tracked what worked.

It worked. The same women who'd been stuck for 12 months started moving in the first four weeks.

I've tested the system on myself. April 2025, age 43, post umbilical hernia surgery. 212 pounds, couldn't lift heavy, couldn't train hard. 12 weeks later, 190. Not because I trained more. Because I ran the system in the right order.
